




A note from Greg & Paul
Wow, what a year 2022 was! Early in the year, the market was like lightning in a bottle, with extremely low inventory in many markets and a surplus of demand. Then things took a pretty hard left turn. With the realities of inflation and rising interest rates, the housing market began a relatively rapid shift from the previous ten years of upward momentum. Even still, agents found a way to finish the year strong, and there is a lot to look back on and celebrate!
A few hightlights:
Five Star agents set a new record with just over $2.3B in sales in 2022! We opened offices in Battle Creek, Lansing, Jackson, and Hart. In addition, the launch of our internal education website brought new courses and content to Five Star agents which allowed them to sharpen their skills and learn in new ways.
