It's that time of year again – the 2023 Year-In-Review stats are live! But first, let's take a moment to reflect on the past year.

We want to express our sincere appreciation for how each of you tackled the challenges of 2023. It was a year many would remember for inventory shortages, rising interest rates, and the rollercoaster of dealing with multiple offers – or sometimes, the lack of them. However, we saw something different. We witnessed your dedication to clients, your creative thinking, and your ability to act as advisor, counselor, and encourager. We couldn't be more impressed and are incredibly proud to work alongside such a talented group of professionals.

Your efforts have also brought new faces to Five Star. You might not be aware, but over the past four years, we've distributed $500,000 in referral bonuses to our agents as a thank you for introducing us to great people.

Our affiliated companies, Star Title and Big Lake Lending, also navigated a challenging market but finished the year strong. Star Title achieved its largest payout to members ever in 2023, and Big Lake Lending turned profitable just a few months after its relaunch. Your support has been instrumental in these successes.
